Like the “Code of the West” honored by cowboys of old, the Country Haven Creed is a set of beliefs that embodies the lifestyle at Country Haven and unites our community. However, the creed is more than just words, it represents a context for living amongst neighbors and families. A lifestyle that brings integrity and values to living. Living at Country Haven is an experience where you can be at home, open up, seek discovery, nurture nature, slow down, connect to your roots, share more, feel spirit, live gratefully, make time, find perfection and be a good steward.
Adjacent to the residential area of Country Haven is 108 acres of open land that has been permanently preserved as open space for agricultural purposes. Named Highland Ranch, this ranch will grow all organic Highland Cattle, Mangalista Pigs, and fresh eggs that can be ordered through your community App and delivered to your door. From time to time there will be opportunities to work the ranch alongside the Cowboys and experience farm life firsthand.

At Country Haven we have several options for becoming a homeowner. The first step is to meet with one of our Licensed Sales Agents and select a homesite. This is an important first step in the process as certain home plans only fit on certain homesites. After selecting your homesite, you can then select from our Semi-Custom or Custom Homes. For semi-custom homes you pick your floor plan, exterior elevation, interior finish selections and any upgrades. For custom homes, after selecting your homesite you will enter into a pre-construction design contract and select from our portfolio of existing plans which can be modified to your liking, or we will design your home from the ground up including every exterior and interior finish selection with the help of our Designer.
Yes. However, all house plans must follow our Design Guidelines to meet the farmhouse style of the community and be submitted to our Design Review Committee for approval. Please see our full architectural guidelines (insert hyperlink) for details.
